Vehicle Insurance for Transporter Rescue Members

Drayton Insurance Services have put together several insurance schemes at very competitive rates that are designed specifically for Members of Transporter Rescue

DRIVERS

• Drivers must be aged 25 - 69
• Drivers restricted to a maximum four named individuals including the proposer.
• All drivers must have held an appropriate UK driving licence for at least three years.
• All drivers must be UK resident.

VEHICLES

• The vehicle must be registered and kept in the UK (Northern Ireland excepted).
• Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) must not exceed 15 tonne.
• Maximum Values:
• Comprehensive - £25000
• Third Party (Fire and Theft) - £5000
• The vehicle must not have more than six seats
• Fire and damage claims through use of cooking equipment are excluded.
• Vehicles valued in excess of £5000 value and/or weighing more than 7.5 tonne GVW must be kept off the road.
• Rates are based on an anticipated annual mileage not exceeding 7500 rates

Please remember that Transporter Rescue Membership is required for these special low rates. A summary of the choices and prices are listed below.

IPT (currently 5%) to be added to above. £250 AD(Fire and Theft) excess applies.

Fully Comprehensive cover for vehicles value in excess of £12000 add £10/£1000 to above figures
